Return Policy

We offer a 30 day hassle free return policy, as long as the product is still in the original packaging with the original gift box tags and booklets, you can return it for a full refund!

Here are some additional details:

• Upon arrival please check your item for any manufacturer defects.  To prevent having to go through the manufacturer warranty process, defective items must be brought to our attention within 10 days of receipt. After 10 days, defective items are no longer eligible for return, and you must contact the manufacturer for warranty repair.

• If you use our prepaid return label, we'll deduct $5.00 from the refund, or you can return it with your own label, and you'll receive a full refund!

• To receive a prepaid shipping label, just send us an email and we'll send you the prepaid label.
