30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

At Swovel Direct, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and for that reason, we offer a 30-day return policy for all orders. Our goal is to make the return process as simple and convenient as possible.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to support@swoveldirect.com You will need to provide your order number and email address associated with the purchase.

Step 2: Receive Your Prepaid Shipping Label

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label at no extra charge. This label will cover the shipping costs for returning the item(s) to us.

Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Item

Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Affix the prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Upon receiving your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
